Following the holiday season, everybody wants to get back on track and take better care of themselves. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Take care of both by spending quality time with friends outside. Being outside allows you to spread out and limit yourself from spreading or catching germs. Increasing ventilation by opening windows or being outdoors is beneficial for your mental and physical health. Fresh air makes everybody feel good!
Highly touched surfaces need to be cleaned regularly. Avoid sharing food and drinks with others, even family members. Be on the alert for how you are feeling. Please pay attention to your body and what it is telling you. During this time, people tend to overwork themselves. Take care of yourself by getting plenty of rest, drinking water, and sticking to a healthy diet. Stay home if you wake up with a headache or a bad cough.
