New to this whole urgent care thing? Here’s what to expect during your first visit to your local First Care.

1. Find a clinic near you.

Click here to find your local First Care clinic. Can’t find a clinic near you? We are adding new clinics all the time. Check back often to see if we’re coming to your community!

2. Save Your Spot before your visit OR just walk in.

If you’d prefer to reserve your spot in line ahead of time, we offer online check-in at all of our clinics. Just find your local clinic’s page and choose an available time. No appointment? No problem. Just walk into our clinic and get treated, no appointments or referrals necessary. There is always a nurse practitioner on-site, and a full medical team ready to take care of you and your family. Please be advised that due to COVID-19, walk-ins slots are limited and on a first come, first serve basis.

3. Provide your insurance card and photo ID.

We accept most insurance plans. Typically, your urgent care co-pay will be significantly less than your ER co-pay. Contact your insurance company to confirm any cost savings available as well as your specific plan benefits. We’ll handle the billing process for you. Here is an updated list of the insurance plans we accept.

4. No insurance? No worries.

We have affordable rates and offer a great alternative to the ER and other clinics with our self-pay option.

5. Start feeling better.

A visit to one of our clinics usually lasts less than an hour. This means you can get in, get treated by our friendly staff, then get on with the rest of your day.
