What Hopkinsville Patients Are Saying
I have gone here before and didn’t care for it. I brought my brother in the other day, and they were AMAZING!! I think the provider that we saw was Joy (but I’m not 100% sure) She was absolutely AMAZING. She had to cut a cyst open and drain it and the whole time she made sure that my brother was comfortable, and that he was okay. It was the grossest, and coolest thing EVER! I definitely recommend them!
I have been there a couple of time for myself and my son. Every time the entire staff have been fabulous. Tonight was no exception. I arrived at like 7:57 and asked if it was too late to be seen. I was told absolutely not. While I was being checked in, I was asked what my symptoms were. One of the receptionists immediately went and told the nurses what was going on and she returned with a urine specimen cup. I knew I had a UTI. I was in and out of there in less than 11 minutes. Not once did I hear a complaint from anyone about them being there a few minutes over. I hated going in so late but it was 7:30 when I realized I had an issue. Anyway, I would recommend First Care to anyone.
Wonderful experience all around. Not too long of a wait, and all staff were friendly, professional and prompt. I went in thinking I had the flu. Was diagnosed with dehydration instead; They even gave me IV fluids there instead of sending me to the ER (saving me $250)! Sandra and staff are wonderful and I will definitely be back in the future when I’m in need!
