Introducing the Simple Self-Pay Program
We strive to create easier access to convenient, transparent, and affordable health care to the communities we serve. The Simple Self-Pay Program allows patients to pay an upfront office visit fee that includes all in-house testing and procedures for urgent and primary care needs.
The Simple Self-Pay Program allows urgent and primary care patients to pay an upfront office visit fee that includes in-house testing and procedures (COVID-19 and Flu testing will require an additional fee).
Rates do not apply to patients who are covered by any insurance program, including high deductible health plans. Patients who have health insurance coverage and/or worker’s compensation coverage for healthcare services will have all rates for such services determined by their insurers and/or as otherwise determined by Fast Pace Health for services provided outside of its self-pay program. Patients who are covered by any insurance program will be required to pay their applicable co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible at the time of service.
