$89 Prompt Pay Program

Pay $89 Upfront for all In-House Tests and Procedures
For our uninsured or self pay patients, we offer a simple, affordable option. The $89 Prompt Pay Program allows patients to only pay $89 upfront, which includes an office visit fee, in-house testing, and procedures. Please see our front desk team members for more information.

Examples of in-house testing and procedures included with an $89 Prompt Pay Program office visit:

Blood Sugar / Glucose

Cut and Wound Closure (stitches)

Ear Irrigation

Evaluation for Corneal Abrasion

Injections (excluding immunizations)

Mono Test

Nebulizer Treatments

Rapid tests for Strep, Flu and RSV

Staple and Suture Removal

Treatment of burns

Treatment of fractures

Urine Pregnancy Test



Examples of services not covered in the $89 Prompt Pay Program office visit:

Drug Screening Services

Durable Medical Equipment (crutches, splints, etc.)

Immunizations (Influenza, Hepatitis B, TDAP, etc.)

Outside Lab Tests (CBC, Lipid Panel, Urine Culture, etc.)

Sports Physicals / Work Physicals

Services covered by worker’s compensation or other insurance

Patients who utilize their health insurance coverage and/or worker’s compensation coverage for healthcare services will have all rates for such health services determined by the insurers and/or as otherwise determined by First Care for services provided outside of its prompt pay program.

Health Insurance

Most Co-pay Rates Equal to Office Visit or PCP Amounts
First Care accepts most major health insurance plans and can bill the insurance companies directly. To use your insurance, bring your primary insurance card, secondary insurance card (if you have one) and the policyholder’s name, date of birth and social security number.
