Now Offering Virtual Visits!

First Care is now offering telemedicine virtual visits for all of our patients! Telemedicine services are similar to the care we provide in our clinics, except that you are able to now access this care from your smartphone or tablet in the comfort of your own home!

Our telemedicine services are available Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm and 10 am-5 pm on the weekends. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local clinic.

Your provider will text you a link when it is your turn to be seen. Click the link to connect with your provider.

FAQs

Is insurance accepted for virtual visits?

First Care accepts most health insurance plans and can bill insurance companies directly. Certain insurance plans may not cover telemedicine services, however, insurance coverage is evolving rapidly in response to Federal and state emergency proclamations addressing COVID-19 (coronavirus).

Many insurers are adding coverage for telemedicine services. Please contact your insurance provider for coverage details.

What if I don't have insurance?

First Care offers self-pay pricing of $65 per visit for telehemedicine services.

What device can I use?

First Care recommends that you use an iPhone®, iPad® or Android® based smartphone or tablet for your virtual visit. A clickable link will be sent to the patient’s phone via a text message to begin the virtual visit. For best results, please ensure that your device is updated with the most recent software.

During the visit, First Care recommends connecting to reliable, high-speed internet. Any charges incurred using a cellular data plan will be the responsibility of the patient.
